Schoenstatt has a unique spirituality that has helped many people grow in holiness since 1914. It has provided a fitting way to live our Catholic faith in modern times. There are three main characteristics that comprise Schoenstatt spirituality:

• Covenant Spirituality—helps us to grow in a  personal relationship with God, Mary, and our neighbor.

• Instrument Spirituality—leads us to constantly renew our desire to seek and do God's will and overcome the tendency to do only our will.  

• Everyday Sanctity—doing one's ordinary duties in an extraordinary way; provides an avenue to seek ways to live our Catholic faith in everyday life in accordance with the virtues of faith, hope, and love.
